Re-positioning a luxury brand to reach a targeted niche.
When developing a 38-story boutique hotel/condominium property in Atlanta under the established Palomar brand, Kimpton Hotels and Altanta Developer Kim King Associates, LLC turned to the Fresh team for a local brand strategy. They challenge was to identify and attract buyers for 38 luxury penthouses and, working with the deveopers and the architects, create the building, amenities, services and lifestyle that would appeal to this highly targeted audience.

Developing a scalable brand.
Fresh was asked to develop a brand around a new tavern concept. The objective was to create a brand that was scalable but yet something that would resonate within each local market’s community. The result was Marlow’s Tavern. Once the name, identity and brand style were developed, attributes were then extended to the design of the prototype store interiors, signage and subsequent marketing collateral.

Developing a brand to reach a Teen Audience.
The Coca-Cola Company asked us to help add value to their relationship with Carnival Cruise Lines by developing an onboard brand experience for the teen audience. Working with Teen Research Unlimited, we tested ideas with teens to find out which activities and amenities should be included. Club O2, a dedicated teen environment, includes “Chill” and “High-Energy” zones for older teens, 15-17.

A new brand creates awareness and demand for an under-utilized asset.
HMG, The Hotel Management Group of InterContinental Hotels, was a group of highly trained senior executives that specialized in managing hotels within the 6 brands ownded by InterContinental Hotels Group. Awareness of HMG was very low, even among InterContinental owners, research revealed that performance was a key driver. HMG was branded and launched under the "Performance Advantage" banner and platform.
